The Pad Pantry Project

Menstrual health is essential, forming a basis for education, equality, and opportunity. In Kenya, nearly 65% of women and girls lack access to menstrual products, leading to missed school days and unfulfilled potential.

Globally, approximately 500 million women and girls do not have basic resources to manage menstruation with dignity. The Pad Pantry aims to change this and shift the conversation.

Menstruation is a natural, biological process, not something unclean or shameful. Every woman experiences it, and should not be impeded because of it.

It is vital to ensure that all women and girls—regardless of age, income, or ability—can access the menstrual care they need to live confidently, fully, and free of stigma.

This is why we created Mia Moja. A campaign to bring dignity, hope, and freedom to women and girls in Kenya.

We also have several other ways to partner with us!
